Artist’s Note
The Barracks is a cabin with six separate single room side by side. We never stayed in the Barracks because it was too open. Those who did enjoyed the company of their cabin mates and the closeness to the sea; which at times, when rough, did pose a minor problem related to access!
I also created a watercolour of this scene
