My house in San Miguel de Allende has a large roof top patio form which we can see most of San Miguel. El Centro de San Miguel is 6500 feet above sea level, and our patio is another several feet. From this patio we can see La Presa del Obraje, a reservoir.
The view through the trees and the riot of colour from bougainvillea, jacaranda trees, and large poinsettias is spectacular captured here by the splash of colour on the middle left of the painting.
