When it comes to flora, fauna, and amazing landscapes, Mexico is surprisingly diverse. It is one of the top five countries in the world in terms of biodiversity. Mexico's topography is highly varied and its geographic situation places it between distinct ecozones. It has so many beautiful natural areas. My series is about those amazing landscapes and natural features that I enjoyed in Mexico and painted them using acrylic medium.
This painting was completed in my studio in San Miguel de Allende, from sketches and a photographs, and is representative of several combined landscapes.
