I have now painted this scene four times with a slightly different composition.
One large acrylic, but this one is from a small watercolour sketch, later transformed into a full watercolour. It is located near Otra Cara de Mexico. The old man sat there, mostly every day, for years. Unfortunately he died two years ago. The myriad colours are intriguing to me, especially the stains and decay on the walls. The colours are very typical of San Miguel de Allende.
