Collection of Myrna
Every morning when I walk to the store to buy the newspapers, I pass this tree and shrubbery. They retain their colours almost throughout the year. After all these years I decided to paint the scene in watercolours. It was a bit daunting, because there is so such detail, which I had to simplify to create a feeling of surprise and colour.
