Trees and Pond next to Crystal Ark

Artist’s Note

I have a studio on Granville Island which affords me the opportunity to create en plein air.
This acrylic of trees and a pond next to Crystal Ark on Granville Island was recently completed. Painting using acrylics en plein air is challenging since the paints dry quickly. I had some Open Acrylics which dry slower, although I found that it was so warm that they dried quite quickly anyway.
