Vista de el Techo el Instituto de Allende

Artist’s Note

I went to el Instituto de Allende to determine what to paint. I went upstairs to the roof (techo), which I have visited several times, but this time discovered a view towards, not churches but roof tops and concrete and brick ventilators.

The colours are vivid, and very expressive of the nature of San Miguel de Allende.
