Collection of the Artist
In June 2018 a friend took my wife and I along Crescent Beach. Although it was reasonably warm, it was too windy to paint en plein air. I took numerous photographs and once back home created some small watercolour sketches from memory and the photographs.
This painting is from the pathway that runs along the shoreline. I chose this scene because I liked the positioning of the yellow flowers and the rocks.
